Your own account gives you the additional possibility to see your purchase history, view and edit your contact details. Placing an order is easier and faster thanks to pre-filled address fields.

Purchased goods will reach you within 1-4 working days from the date of payment. If the invoice has been paid over a weekend or during a holiday, the goods will be delivered within 1-4 working days after the holiday.

Yes, of course. You have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

We will refund the customer within 5 calendar days of receipt of the goods.

No. Cosmetics and perfumery products in open packaging cannot be returned. Products that cannot be checked for use (or non-use) are also non-returnable. For example, mascara with a relatively short shelf life, which is directly linked to the time of opening.
