Returning goods

If you have experienced problems with the product or it is not suitable for you, you can return it to our online shop within 14 days. Before completing the return form, make sure that:

  • The packaging of the goods is opened without being damaged (the reusable packaging is not torn).
  • The goods are complete, i.e. the packaging and everything else is intact.
  • There are no signs of use.
  • If the item is faulty, be sure to include pictures and wait for further instructions.

After submitting and receiving confirmation of a claim, we ask customers to return the goods in a way of your choice.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer shall bear the costs of return.

After delivering the goods to the parcel machine or courier, be sure to send us a confirmation sheet/cheque by e-mail so that we can complete the return process and return the goods faster.
