Follow these steps to assemble the string:

Pass the loop through the hole in the ribbon (pictures A-B).

Pass the string through the loop and pull it tight (pictures C-D).

Attach the stick (pictures E-F).

Please note that, according to FIG regulations, the distance between the stick and the ribbon (up to the vertical seam) must not exceed 7 cm (picture F).
